Now that we have had a chance to settle in to our new home, we wanted to write you a letter to thank you for all the help you provided. In short, you really did do what you said you would do.
As first time home buyers, we appreciated that you provided guidance when we asked for it, but did not pressure us into making any decisions we were not comfortable with. You
genuinely seemed to care that we found a place we were happy with, and we always felt that you were looking out for our best interests. This was important to us. While we unfortunately ran into issues with just about everyone else involved with the home-buying process, we will be more than happy to recommend you to our friends and relatives when they need the services of an agent.
We found the comments that you gave us, while we looked at each of the properties, helpful in making an informed decision. We noted that you were well prepared with evidence supporting your assessment of the property we purchased when it came time to negotiate the agreement. We also appreciated the times you went beyond what was expected, offering help where you could and trying to work within our constraints of time and location.
